Download a CSV guest-list template

Download guest-list CSV

The file contains two fictional sample rows. Replace them with your own guests before importing.

Open the file in your spreadsheet app, keep the header row, and use one row per guest. Export as CSV, then choose Import CSV in the planner. A CSV stores the list of people; it does not contain table positions or seat assignments.

Open a ready-made table layout

The 50-seat layout has five tables of ten. The 100-seat layout has ten tables of ten. Both contain empty seats and a dance-floor marker, so you can add your own guests without deleting fictional people first.

Starter layouts use a separate saved workspace. Your original planner draft remains available through “Return to your saved plan.” They are illustrative arrangements, not verified venue floorplans.

Use the printable checklist

Open the seating checklist and use your browser's Print command. It covers the venue constraints, guest-count review, access needs and the final handoff.

Make the template your own

  1. Rename the event and adjust tables to match the venue's capacities.
  2. Remove the sample CSV rows and import your confirmed guests.
  3. Add household names to manage families together, and use meal choices, dietary requirements and custom labels to organize the guest list.
  4. Assign groups to tables and review each table before choosing exact seats.
  5. Export a PDF for the venue, then keep one final version.

Browser drafts are saved on this device. Shared links contain the plan data, including guest details. Only share a link with people who should see those details.
