Something else on your mind?
Is MySeatPlanner really free?
Yes. You can arrange tables, import guests, share your plan and export a PDF without an account or payment.
Can I import my guest list?
Yes. Import a CSV with full names or separate first and last names. You can include phone numbers, notes, households, meal choices, dietary requirements and custom labels. Download the CSV template to get started.
Where is my plan saved?
Your draft is saved in your browser’s storage. Return using the same browser and device to restore it. Clearing browser data can remove the draft. Save a share link as another way to reopen your plan.
What is included in a shared link?
The link contains the full plan, including guest names and any phone numbers, notes, households, meal choices, dietary requirements or labels you add. Share it only with intended recipients. Read-only mode helps prevent accidental editing; it is not an access-control password.
Can I print my seating plan?
Yes. Export a PDF from the planner for printing or sharing with your venue. You can also open the printable view to see the room layout and guest lists.
Does it work for events other than weddings?
Yes. Use it for dinners, parties or corporate events. Start with a blank plan, name your tables and arrange the room around your event.
